Paper checks are mailed out on Friday through the US Postal Service.
Typically, checks are received at the beginning of the following week. However, it can take 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on the mail service.

When is the Service Center Available?
- Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
- The Service Center is unavailable on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
