All changes to banking information must be processed through our payroll processor ADP.
Please note that if you have enrolled with Daily Pay, you may not recognize the bank account on file in ADP. A "DPA" account will be listed, as this is the account used by DailyPay to offer their services. Removing or changing this account will disrupt DailyPay service. If you are enrolled in Daily Pay and need to update your bank account, please do so in the Daily Pay app.
How to enter direct deposit information
- Start by logging into your IntelyCare mobile app and opening the menu located at the top left of your screen.
- From there, select the Tax, Direct Deposit, & Paystubs (ADP) option. If it is your first time entering direct deposit, you may see a popup advising you of how ADP works.
- From the ADP view, you will need to open the menu located at the top left of your screen.
+
- Choose the "Pay" option.
- From here, you will need to scroll down to the direct deposit section.
- If you do not have a direct deposit set up, the Direct Deposit section will appear as shown below. Click on "Set Up Direct Deposit" to be taken through the setup process. If you already have direct deposit uploaded, continue to step 8.
-
From the direct deposit section, select "manage direct deposit" to open the details.
IMPORTANT: If you have DailyPay, you will see an account named "DP Do Not Touch". If you change this, it will prevent DailyPay from working properly.
- From here, you can either add a new bank account, or edit an existing one.
When will I receive funds in my new account?
All changes made during the week, Sunday- Saturday, will take effect the following week.
In the example below, the IntelyPro edited their bank account on 2/4. Therefore, they will be eligible for direct deposits to the new account on 2/16.
What happens if I update my direct deposit after the cut-off date?
If there is no direct deposit account on file, a paper check will get mailed. To ensure the check is mailed to the correct address, it is essential to confirm that the mailing address in ADP is correct.
If an existing account is on file, funds will continue to go to the old account until the changes are processed.
