If you've resigned and would like to be reactivated, our Clinical Quality Managers will review your account to determine if you are eligible for rehire. You would have to go through the onboarding process again.
How do I reactivate my account?
- Please utilize our IntelyCare in-app chat feature to request for the reactivation of your account.
- Make sure you have an active Work License along with other necessary documents, including a Physical exam, vaccination records, and any additional healthcare documentation.
How long will it take to get reactivated?
- Once you submit the updated documentation, the Onboarding will work on reactivating your account as soon as possible.
