The nursing shortage affects healthcare, making it crucial for facilities to implement an effective recruitment strategy. Luckily, various online tools help recruiters reach and connect with qualified candidates. One of them is the Job Board.
What is a Job Board?
A job board is a website or platform where employers post job openings and job seekers can search and apply for positions. Think of it as an online marketplace for jobs. Employers list job descriptions, qualifications, and application instructions, while job seekers can browse listings, filter by industry or location, and submit their resumes. Some job boards focus on specific industries (like healthcare or tech), while others are general.
IntelyCare has launched a Job Board to expand options for IntelyPros and job seekers, featuring available shifts and full-time positions outside of IntelyCare. Facilities can post job opportunities for various nursing professionals.
IMPORTANT: The listings on the job board do not hire through IntelyCare. They are external companies or facilities.
Posting a Job on the IntelyCare Job Board
A step-by-step user guide for self-serve job postings.
- Go to https://www.intelycare.com/jobs/ and select the post a job for free button in the upper-righthand corner.
- Review your options and select your plan. Choose from one of three plans to start your free trial. Select the GET STARTED button under your plan to begin the process.
- Fill in company details and create an account. Fill in your company details in the correct fields. List your company name exactly as you would like it to appear for job seekers.
- Boost the performance of your posting by including your company logo. Use these file guidelines:
• Type: jpg, png, or webp
• Size: Under 200KB
• Image: Minimum of 300 x 300px (must be a square image)
• *If you want our team to find and format your logo, then leave the logo field empty. - Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions. Then select Next.
- Fill in your job details. The required fields include job title, location (unless remote), description, and link to apply (if using a link).
- Complete all fields for optimal performance.
1. Add the job title for your posting.
• Include the credentials you’re looking for so the right applicants can find you.
• Example: “Case Manager (LPN)”
2. Include your job location.
• If remote, you can leave blank or add desired countries, states, or cities.
• Example: “Remote, USA only”
• Example: ”Remote, Florida only”
3. Include your salary range.
• While not required, listing a salary range will generate substantially more applications.
4. Select dropdown options for job type and job category.
5. Add all tags that apply to your job to
improve your performance in searches.
6. Add the text of your job posting in the description field.
• Use concise and consistent formatting for a better job seeker experience and to surface your posting higher in organic searches.
7. Select your apply by process.
• ATS Users: Select the link and add your website’s link for the job you’re posting.
• Non-ATS Users: Select directly submitting resume and we’ll collect applications in your account. You’ll get an email with every new application.
8. Select next. - Add any coupon codes that apply. Click on have a coupon code.
- Enter your coupon code in the field that appears.
• Remember that coupon codes are case-sensitive.
Select redeem coupon. - Your coupon confirmation will appear in green at the top of your screen.
• If you don’t see a coupon confirmation, re-enter the coupon code and click redeem coupon again till you get the confirmation screen. - Include credit card information for your account.
- If you have an existing account, you can skip the credit card process.
• Enter any coupon codes.
• Select secure, 1-click checkout with link and add the email address for your account. - If you don’t have an account, then add a credit card to your account. Use the additional receipt
information field for any extra purchase or receipt notes. Then click 'Confirm & Post.' - Review and update your job posting on your account.
How to cancel your Job Board Subscription?
First, log in to your employer account. You can access your account here: https://www.intelycare.com/job-board/employer/login. Then follow these steps:
- Open the My Products section located along the left menu and find the product you wish to cancel in the main page area.
- Choose Cancel Subscription from the actions dropdown button located on the product listing.
- After you cancel the subscription, the status of the subscription will be changed to Canceled, but you will still be able to use the product until the end of the current billing period.
- Once the current billing period dates pass, the product will be moved to the expired products section.
- You can resume your subscription at any time by clicking on the Resume Subscription button from the actions dropdown.
Need to update your job posting?
- You can update your posting at any time by logging into your account, selecting
jobs on the left side menu, then select the job you would like to update.

- While IntelyCare is known for its temporary staffing services, we’ve developed a job board to meet the unique needs and challenges of recruiting nursing professionals. Tapping into IntelyCare’s national network of over 1 million nursing professionals, the IntelyCare job board helps healthcare organizations advertise their open roles to the specific types of nursing professionals they need for full- and/or part-time work.
How does the service work?
- When you post a job with IntelyCare, it is promoted directly on our job board and made indexable by Google Job Search Experience and other organic search engines. Your posting may also appear on partner sites that republish IntelyCare jobs. Your job will also simultaneously be sent to clinicians who have indicated they are looking for similar roles through our job alerts email program. Posting your job to IntelyCare also gives you access to over 1 million nursing professionals across the web and our proprietary database who are looking for full- and/or part-time work.
I already use job boards like Indeed. What makes IntelyCare different?
- At IntelyCare, we know that not all nursing roles and nursing professionals are the same. Unlike generic job boards, the IntelyCare job board is built specifically for nursing professionals. We have the capability to collect rich profiles for all applicants, including details like their specific nursing credentials, specialties, experience, and expertise. This means that your job reaches candidates who are qualified for and interested in your nursing role.
What if I don't have an ATS or a way to collect applications?
- IntelyCare has you covered! You have the option to select whether nursing professionals should apply via:
- URL, to a page of your choosing on your website or in your ATS.
- Email, to an email address of your choosing. Please be sure to include in the body of your job description what materials they should send to the email address.
- With profile. The applications, including profile information, resume, and cover letter, will be collected in your IntelyCare employer account and you will be notified of each new applicant via email. You can review candidates online at any time in your IntelyCare employer account.
Who is in IntelyCare's national nurse network?
- Our network includes over 1 million nursing professionals across the country who have joined our database for content and education and have opted in to receive notifications of new full- and/or part-time work opportunities.
How do I pay for IntelyCare's job board?
- We charge a simple subscription fee, billed monthly. The number of jobs you can post at any one time is indicated in the package you select during the purchasing process. There is no limit to the number of applications you can receive in response to your job listing.
How many applicants will my open roles receive?
- The number of applications you receive is dependent on several factors, including the size of the nursing professionals market in your area and the quality of your job description. We strongly suggest reviewing our job description library for tips on how to write a job description that is most likely to attract and convert candidates.
What level of commitment is required?
- Your initial payment covers the first month of your subscription. Your subscription automatically renews monthly at the original rate. You may cancel at any time via your online employer account and continue to use your subscription through the end of the prepaid period.
What if a subscriber wants to cancel their subscription?
- Ask for the caller's first and last name, contact number, and reason for cancelling the subscription.
- Inform them that you will open a ticket for the request and that someone will contact them to discuss any possible options they may have.
- Assign the ticket to Matt Cullen.
Where do we assign tickets for issues related to the Job Board Posting?
- If they want to remove the job posting, please use the Job Board Removal macro. This will assign the ticket to Matt Cullen.
- If they experience technical difficulties or have questions about the performance of the job posting or issues like being charged more, please assign the ticket to Matt Cullen.
